Is your home looking a little drab? Maybe a good cleaning will be sufficient. Vegas Painters can spruce up your home with our affordable Exterior Maintenance Program. Whether you’re an existing customer or not, our exterior maintenance services will help keep your home fresh and clean, while extending the life of your existing exterior paint job.

Services Included:

Pressure wash:

• Exterior of your home.
• Your perimeter walls.
• Your walkways, driveway and deck around your pool.

Patch & Touch-up:

• Patch and touch up minor stucco dings. If we painted your home you will have touch-up paint.
• If we did not paint your home we will match your colors and add the cost of paint to invoice.

Window Cleaning:

• We send a professional window cleaning company to clean the exterior side of your windows.
• (Screens will be removed and reinstalled).

Pricing:

Per visit up to 2,000 sq ft.
Add 20% for each additional 1,000 sq. ft. or part of.
Add cost of equipment if required to reach above 30′
