CONCRETE FLOORS
are very porous which allows scuff marks from tires and other things to embed itself into the concrete. This makes it very hard to remove and it is an eye sore. The epoxy penetrates into the pores of the concrete for excellent adhesion and "lies on top" to form a solid surface.

by roller, brush, or spray, it leaves an easy-to-clean, hard, glossy floor surface.

PROCEDURE TO CLEAN & PREPARE FLOOR
  1. Entire floor area is pressure washed to remove all loose dirt and debris.
  2. Floor is then scrubbed down with muriatic acid to penetrate deep into the pores of the concrete to eliminate grease, motor oil and grime, while opening the pores.
  3. Concrete floor is then washed down with (TSP) Tri-sodium Phosphate to neutralize the acid.
  4. Then left over night to dry out completely.
  5. Following day, the two part component of epoxy is applied.
  6. Floor is allowed to harden for 2 days.
