- Contractor is not licensed by the Nevada State Contractors board 486-1100
- Late for the estimate appointment and does not call too let you know.
- Ask for 30% deposit for materials on a job that may only takes two to three days to complete.
- Charges for extras you did not authorize.
- Late on the first day of the job.
- Leaves the job early most days.
- Once your job has started the men disappears for one or two days. (Has great excuse).
- Makes a mess during the job and leaves a mess when they leave for the day, but promises to clean up before the job is done.
- Does not cover, or partially covers your furniture and other belongings while painting.
- Borrows a tool or latter from you.
- You feel very uncomfortable having them in your home.
- Seems to be no one in charge.
- Does not seem Too know exactly what is to be done.
- Smokes in your house or is constantly taking smoke breaks.
- Tramples your flowers or shrubs while working outside.
- Your unhappy with the job.
- You get that sick feeling inside, deep down.
