Our Professional Painters accomplish a lot in a short time, by being experienced, working steady and coming prepared.
Small jobs can be coordinated over the phone or with an on-line quote
Minimum Cost:
$225.00 is our minimum cost per job, whether one or three hours are required.
Time & Materials (TM - Charged by the hour)
- $75.00 per hour per painter with a (3) three hour minimum.
- Plus the actual cost we pay for materials used on your job; you receive copies of receipts.
- Our painter arrives with all tools and equipment required to do your job.
- Exception to equipment, if scaffolding and assembling or high reach areas above 25' is required, there will be extra charges for those items.

REASONS YOU MAY NEED HELP ON SMALL JOBS
- To reach high areas you are not prepared to reach; and you want to paint everything you can reach.
- There are other times that (TM)time and materials is the best choice, such as removal of wallpaper; depending on whether the walls were sealed prior to installing wallpaper, will usually determine the amount of drywall damage that may occur while removing the wallpaper. Because a consultant cannot always determine this, they sometimes bid the job high to cover for such an event. However, if the paper comes off in less time you still pay the full contract price. With time and materials, you only pay for the actual time it takes.
