OFFICE STAFF:
Our office staff all have their own responsibilities to insure the successful outcome of your project; and they work well together. Please take a moment to read each persons duties so you will have a good understanding of how important it is to us to get it right.

CONSULTANTS:
Our consultants are knowledgeable in all aspects of the painting industry. From primers, to finish paint products; they understand which products go best on your wall surfaces. They will help you select colors, taking into account your lighting, furniture and other variables that effect the colors and finishes. They are happy to share their knowledge with you and there is never a charge for their advice.

OFFICE - PROJECT MANAGER:
Our office project manager has a number of responsibilities, which includes working with our consultants, field project manager, painters, paint suppliers, vendors, clients, and of course the C.E.O. if something does go wrong. Other duties are ordering the correct products and materials for your job, staying informed on all aspects of your job and communicating to everyone. Making follow up calls to you after your job has been completed to insure you are 100% satisfied with our workmanship and service.

QUALTITY CONTROL:
We send quality control to spot check jobs while in progress to insure we are providing you the professional service promised. This includes workmanship, cleanliness, and that our procedures are being followed to protect your home, provide efficiency and of course to insure all safety factors are being applied. In fact, we encourage you to contact our office if you have any concerns and we will send quality control out immediately.

PAINTERS:
We hire professional with a minimum of (5) years experience in the paint industry. We do background checks. We reinforce the importance of respect for you and your home. We have monthly meetings to refresh existing paint products and to learn new products. We invite our paint distributor representative to our monthly meetings to keep us up to date on any changes in the paint products. Our painters are professionals, clean, neat, polite and accommodating.

PAINT SUPPLIERS:
They provide us with the best paint and service possible. If we need their help on a particular job our paint representative will visit our job and even deliver paint if need be. They even attend our monthly meetings to help us, our staff and painters with any questions and with all the new products that come available on the market. Our paint representative helps us a great deal.

ACCOUNTING:
Yes, even our accountant has an obligation to our clients. Besides the obvious, we keep an eye on cost and work with our suppliers to give us the best products for the best price. We do not mark up products, you pay what we pay.

PRESIDENT:
As you know the buck stops with the President. Should there be a dispute his door is open and he will work with you to resolve any issue. In this respect his job is easy; there is hardly ever a dispute. We have a very high customer Satisfaction ratio
